- How it felt when I first attuned to Reiki Level One. Pure, Innocent, Wonderful blissfully light!
- Then, the Shadow work that comes through to teach us to check in with, ‘Is it mine?’, and cleansing our energy…
- Learning my way of how I feel the energy. How I initially worked with energy – holding feet, connecting with Christ Energy, Animal visions and connections being strong.
- Practicing on Self and family and friends a lot in those early days, weeks and months.
- Learning more about the chakras and how energy works intuitively with you.
- The Empath – what’s mine and what isn’t lessons. How what we are feeling may be affected by an external thing. Learning to question, ask and be aware of energy and our presence of self.
- How we become more fine tuned with ourselves when we utilise the tools of self awareness Reiki Level One.
Attunement and certification with Reiki Level One is an option when you choose to work VIP with me over the space of 6 sessions. Be held and mentored as you work through the layers of shadow and self awareness as you navigate through your own self healing journey.
My background is 18 years diagnosed with MS. Chronic conditions, particularly the neurologically chronic seem to be my speciality otherwise, why would I have had the journey I have?
